Artist Statement

Approaching ceramics in an innovative manner is a great challenge, the history and physical characteristics of clay fuelled my imagination. Porcelain, the ancient “white gold”, is a material with a rich history, with almost endless possibilities of forms and colours.

With beautiful shell-like quality, soft to the touch but resistant to fire, is an incredible source of inspiration for my work.

My pursuit is to make a wearable work of Art, with passion and technique, a unique piece of jewellery that is both a pleasure to wear and a distinctive choice, satisfying for the intellect and the senses.
